Abortion

<< BACK

Many women consider having an abortion because their pregnancy seems ill timed. They may be in the midst of studies, have just taken on a new job, be about to travel overseas or thought they'd completed their family.

Another crucial factor may be the man she is pregnant to. She may hardly know him, may be constantly fighting with him, or have just broken up with him. He may be abusive, or simply not keen on them having a child.

For others there are health problems such as severe morning sickness or high blood pressure to face. Some have been through problem pregnancies, difficult births or post-natal depression in the past and they feel they can't face this again.

Some women are struggling financially and the thought of another child to care for scares them.

We can help.
